“I had a terrible experience with my last property manager in which my tenants didn’t pay rent for two full months before my property manager even notified me. After that, my property manager took no action to begin collection or eviction proceedings despite my direction. Two more months passed with no payment before I was finally able to evict the tenants.

“We contacted Lisa in Sep 2014. We were looking for a fully licensed real estate person who was not only a rental agent but could help us with a specialized problem in property management.
